Unfortunately SBI NRI branch koti, Hyderabad is no more providing the great service it used to provide earlier probably because staff has changed. I was issued a ATM-CUM-DEBIT CARD during May 2007 and it is not bearing the expiry date and also the CCV number as a result of which I am unable to make payment. when I contacted the helpline printed on the cheque book I am informed that I have to get the card blocked, go to bank home branch, and apply for the new card for which Rs.204/- will be charged. When the new system of payment has come into operation is it not the responsibility of the bank to replace the old cards issued by the bank with the new cards containing the latest details required to operate the online payment for the utilities etc.,? I got such replacement from Andhra Bank without payment of extra charges.

I went to SBI Chembur in June to update my Aadhar card There was only one person who was having his Aadhaar card updated and no one else was waiting after him The man in charge told me that I'll need to book an appointment and bookings are only open from July 7th I went today on August 3rd as my work timings conflict with bank timings, and he told me that I should have come only on July 7th to book an appointment Even today, there was just one customer having their card updated Now he told me that to find out when appointments will be available next, come on August 20th, then to come again to book it on the day they choose and to come update it whenever it is I get an appointment

I was forced to close my SB A/c in this branch due to their hostile attitude and extreme difficulty in dealing with them. For a simple issue like converting my SB A/c from single to joint, by including my wife's name, they made me run from post to pillar and i have to visit the branch four times. During my fourth visit i have decided that enough is enough and chose to close the account. Still giving two stars because of one staff who was an exception and was some what customer oriented .. Branches like this are the reason why public sector banks are failing. My 64 year old father wanted to open a savings account with platinum visa card, none of the staffs could understand what he was asking for, the staff's tone was completely unprofessional, my dad called me and asked to explain it to them, the woman was disrespectful towards my father. Awful service.I had gone there this afternoon to link my Adhaar and to deposit cash in my PPF Account. The lady officer who did the Adhaar linking was very good, helpful and professional. My woes started when I had to deposit cash towards PPF. First a token should be taken, the staff who dishes out the tokens behaved like he is the Almighty throwing crumbs . My token nbr was 191, time was 130pm, the security informed that token 154 was on and to take a seat and wait ..... fair. The wait seemed like it would never end, the crowds started increasing. If it was their lunch time, they could have opened extra counters later, at 230pm one counter started, the staff was as stiff as a rod and rude. A little past 3pm I got my work done. In this age of digitalisation, do we spend close to 2 hours to deposit money. Shame on you State Bank

Bank Staff doesn't want to do the work by their own. New customers can puzzle there by seeing the set-up. Digitalization is implemented in every bank but SBI still works on old patterns which should ideally be changed according to time.

Worst services as usual expected from SBI. I had to wait 2.30 hrs for just to update passbook. One counter was only working with ,50+ people waiting. Mr Hitesh , manager branch was busy chatting with his female colleague and had no solution for any request. Behaving as if he is dumb.

Service is too good. Staffs are helpful. They guide you with necessary solutions. The best part is that Housing Loan Premises are situated in adjacent building. An ATM is situated inside. Overall, Comfortable, secure and fast banking service.

Very upsetting experience . No customer care service . Keep trying hundred times but no response from SBI customer care. No email access as well. It's very frustrating that when comes to resolving issues ,they take forever ever to even note the issue in the first place.

Very worst attitude of staff member. Mr.manoj spoke in very pathetic way. He can't keep his words. At this time in pandemic where people are scared to visit the public place. He wants them visit again and again for the same. He thinks just putting down his head looking at the system, is his work at the bank, non of the work is being done by him. Just sitting in reputed post doesn't make good employee, or good man one should know how to speak with costumer irrespective to gander and age. Bank manager should have to look at such staff.

Went to open a new account. But managent directly told, the one who opens the account has not come today hence come tomorrow. If this is the condition with new account opening, then we have to think of service of this branch. Even they did not suggest me to visit other branch in the same city. Such staff/branch definitely destroy the name and fame of govt Bank. Good Bye SBI

SBI Perambur consistently delivers worst customer experience. Even worse than any government office or government hospital. And every visit is worse than the other. 1. ATM machines next the bank hardly work, 2. Passbook entry machines hardly work, 3. Within bank, there is no coupon system, Customers have to fight like gladiators to get in front of counter, 4. The staff wont give complete or correct information at once. They only try to say anything to push us away and attend the next in-line. After 25 years of being their customer, I've decided to close down all 4 accounts and move to a private bank.

When I am calling the number no one attend the call.

Bank was suppose to open at 9AM but none of them turned up even at 9.10AM. Security came and opened the door for a staff and went away. The staff went inside and locked the entrance door. People are still waiting outside. This is what happens when we don’t have strict laws like private banks.
