Went to Laxmi nagar branch to open salary account. A staff called Manish misguided me while doing kyc and opened a savings account instead with a minimum balance if 10000. Also he opened a dmat account without my consent and short sold icici bank script, which ended with a huge loss. And the bm also didn't took any action. Do not go to this branch for banking purpose, their attitude is highly unprofessional and misselling is rampant over here.

Kotak mahindra bank is the one of main leading bank in india, speedy transfers and transactions no delay, but stadium road kotak mahindra bank employees r very rude and not helpful very lazy employees, actually i opened account in this bank but they r not entered my mob num they r entered another person mobile number, when i opened my internet banking OTP is not received my mob num, so i approached bank and i asked at help desk but she's said we r not entered wrong & i said no that's not my mob num, when she's said no sorry we can't do anything, please come back after 1 month, once we entered mob num at the time of account opening, 1 month we can't do anything, and she's saying answer very rudely.

I called the mobile number that is there on the net. Someone answered the phone and when I told him of my query he started asking me for my CRN, MPIN and other details. I gave him the details initially trusting him as a bank official but when he asked me to uninstall my app and not to install it for the next 24 hrs I became suspicious. He never asked me for my bank account number. I received a text saying that the app has been installed on a different device. I received another text from google with a code and the fellow called and asked me again for the same. My suspicion changed to confirmation that I have been conned of my details. I called up the call center immediately and reported the issue. I will lodge a cyber complaint with the police as well and with the bank for being negligent in keeping vigil regarding their contact details. Please do not call this number.

Few days before ie., 21st june 2020, my account has been deducted around 6,000 rupees during various time in a single day. stated that non maintenance of minimum balance. I had converted my savings account to zero balance 811 account last year itself. But. there is no proper response from bank side. (Simply they told all the old staffs are not there and the new staffs dont know the details.)

I had one of my horrible experience here today (Mar 21 2020). I went to finalize the paper work on safety lockers which was agreed upon before for Rs.4500 + tax. On the day of the paper work suddenly they said your locker charge is Rs.7500 + tax. There was a big confusion among all the employees on the locker rates. They don't even know in which category their branch falls under. It took almost 1 hour for them to come to a conclusion. When I asked for explanation they are simply saying sorry nd the person who saw the charges has seen it wrongly nd pointing fingers at each other. Lalith, Hema & Nandhini - These are the ppl whom I discussed with for lockers. Most of the staffs are very less experienced. And with no other option I just walked out closing all my accounts and deposits.

BEWARE KOTAK CUSTOMERS ANNA NAGAR PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE OPENING AN ACCOUNT My wife opened an account for my son in anna nagar kotak branch. By seeing account details bank executives kept coming to our house and asking to put some money into some policies. The lady named Ambica from the bank visited my wife and asked her to pay 1 lakh each year for seven year and promised 11lakh in the 11th year. She signed where ever they needed but now to our surprise we know that the policy is upto 2036 and we cannot do anything after paying 4lacs. if we close they are saying we can get only 90k. If the bank sees you have some balance into your account they will promise many things and make you suffer even without you knowledge. I found that there are many customers got affected with the same problem. So please be aware of their fraudulent activities. Thanks

Customer service executive "Pratima" is a kiddo. Not understanding the concern only of mine. I was telling her that m having head pain and she was giving me the medicine for my leg sole. Donno who recruit her and make her sit on the calls without any proper training how to give appropriate solutions to the customer, feeling pitty on the trainer and the client who passed her and allowed her to sit on calls. Fully unproductive, unprofessional and unable to understand the customers query. Very much disappointed. For her minus 1 is also very much. Pathetic.

Government bank are far better than this third class bank. ..Not at all proper customer service , even staff don't know how to talk to customer... customer are waiting to cash deposit n no 1 is there on counter..like customer don't have any work rather than waiting in line for cash deposit... government bank work far better than this Kotak bank.

I am account holder of Kotak Mahindra Bank Located at Address: 8-2-120/76/1/B, Ground Floor Ashoka Hitech Chambers, Road Number 2, Banjara Hills, staff of this branch don't care about customers and also this Kotak Mahindra bank charges you without intimation and when you go to bank they will tell call on online number and when we call on online number they asks to visit bank neither they will take responsibilities nor gives you proper reason of charges i am going to close my account from this bank the WORST bank ever.

I got debited an amount of 8000 from the ATM on 13.1.18 eventhought I didn't received any amount. Kindly refund it immediately it's been so many days. Don't go for larger amount withdrawal in this ATM if you don't want to take the risk. Any thing can happen in this ATM
