The staff are unfriendly and sometimes even downright rude to the customers. Seriously lacking etiquettes! Had to walk back and forth from one counter to another just to deposit a cheque. Had many queries since this was my first time depositing cheque. Many of them didn't even respond properly. What had to be done in a matter of 5 minutes took me more than 45 minutes to complete. The management has to do something about this.

Good Experience with the bank and this branch also. Not expecting a service, i browsed through their website and found an option to open an account with video KYC, and boom, it worked. Account got opened online, the KYC executive asked to visit the branch and collect ATM-Debit card and Passbook. Visited the branch and provided them the account number, the assistant manager on the counter welcomingly helped with the card and passbook. Happy with their services. This is so far better experience than any private banks who asks 25K minimum balance in account :)
