My Father-in-law aged 79 years who was tested +ve Covid-19 was admitted in Star HOspital, Guntur on 16.09.20 and discharged on 23.09.20.He was very much satisfied with the treatment and care taken. Dr.Swapnika Kattula was always very helpful in knowing patient's condition. Thankful to Star Hospital.

I went to this hospital for my Health problem i got a good treatment and Doctors, staff, management and hospital maintenance is very good i was fully satisfied with Dr.Anvesh sir treatment. We never see this type of facilities in any hospital. Further, if any patient is looking for treatment i will refer to this hospital . All Doctors are very well experienced in this hospital.

It was an amazing experience for me to have been to Star Hospitals in this time of the Pandemic for a concern about my cardiac health. I had been postponing to visit a Dr. or a hospital, worried about the chances of getting infected. But, as my problem persisted through July and early August, I decided to take the chance and have a consultation. With my brother Sanjay Jesrani’s advise we decide to go to Dr. Ramesh Gudapati at Star Hospital, Banjara Hills to have the check up and consultation on my condition. This was such an unimaginable and friendly aura at the Hospital from getting the appointment through Ms. Sailaja, at the Drs. desk to reaching there, parking, entering through the simple by effective Covid check procedures, the hospitable staff and security along the passages and stairs / lift to assist and guide you before reaching the Drs. waiting area before meeting the Dr. at the appointed time. Dr. Ramesh Gudapati is quite an experienced Dr. and it was such a pleasure to get his crisp, polite and to the point hearing of my problem and the way he guided me and explained the prognosis made most of my problem vanish. The procedural tests as prescribed were done, and another feather in the cap of Star Hospitals and their team was to see the care and courtesy of everyone around for all the patients. The professional handling of the extraordinary situation in a medical facility was just amazing and a real heart warmer to realize. After all the necessary tests were completed, I was asked to get an Angiogram done to confirm the further procedure to be adapted. The entire process was so well managed, from having my Covid tests done to getting admitted for the Angiogram with a very helpful and comforting patient coordinator Ms. Samina guiding us through the entire process efficiently. The steps of going through the preparation for the Angiogram at the ICU, the calming support shown by all of them and the Lab technicians made the whole thing look like a routine test process instead of the critical procedure that an Angiogram is. I would like to share my gratitude for Dr. Ramesh Gudapati, Ms. Sailaja, Ms. Samina, the entire team of the ICU, the Drs. who were instrumental in doing the Angiogram and those who took care of me post the procedure, the nurses and staff at the hospital who are the real ambassadors for the Hospital I appreciate the leadership of Star Hospitals for the vision and the care imparted in building a team like this with a sincere patient friendly atmosphere. Hats off to all of you.

Poor treatment by doctors once completed surgery doctors will never return back to check patient while in ward room , un experience nurses will be there to monitor patients health and they will give wrong medication so please be aware of this I request to be in touch with doctor or refer to care hospital or apollo

Don't choose this place for any single things. They are cheating to client. The hospital gave me 107850 bill and he sent bill cashless for only 95000 what the bullsit is this and also he his demanding me cash money not in card Please don't go for this i am very disappointed from there services Please Please I am going to complain to higher authority for that I never wrote a single review for anything but this hospital forced to me for this It's a scam hospital SCAM

Can we not go beyond 1 star rating??? Like Zero rating for least patient attention and healthcare by the hospital and bonus negative marks for no help or no assistance in any of the way or form ... Be it Treatment or be it Insurance settlement assistance. These are money making profit mongering peeps and should avoid on all costs. Took them 3 days to tell the patient is Covid-19 negative. Took them more than a day to get a cardiologist on site.
