Gone into a procedure of implant (Plate and screws) removal in left leg, Done by experienced orthopaedic doctors. Overall excellent service by doctors,nurse and supporting staffs. Stayed in room number 5114, room was well maintained, cleaned regularly. Appreciate the service by SIMS hospital.

Sims hospitality is very much unique experience and totally warm and homely. The staff and management were very helpful in their services. Doctors are near to Gods in helping the needy and comforting the patients to overcome their trauma. I wish they continue this spirits to our human life.God is the best blessed

I would like to draw your attention to my personal experience at your esteemed hospital. The doctors, specialists, nurses and other medical related staff’s and their services are really commendable. Thank you very much. They are a class apart. PARKING This is the area that has to be administered more efficiently. As it is we are coming with patients with varying degree of sicknesses. The parking is a real torture. After parking in the directed area they again advise us to change as and when the cars move. When we make a complaint the guy says tell the security, if we complain to the security, he is telling to inform the reception, reception is telling to complain to the security officer says that’s how it is, if you want to park, park else leave the premises. Atrocious, is this the way a Security officer speaks? Kindly have the system of valet parking. Can’t handle it anymore, its quiet stressful. RANDOM CHECKING While entering we are thoroughly checked. I suggest that you give the visitor’s pass with a tag so that we can wear it around the neck, because the acknowledgement that is given to us is not convenient to carry. We might misplace it anywhere in tension. At each department we are facing the bouncers asking for the pass, very inconvenient. I have made a complaint on all these issues, but no action is taken so far. Kindly consider this as a public grievance and address it ASAP. Rest all is very well maintained. Cleanliness is up to the mark. Appreciate your prompt action which will further grace the Sims hospitality.

My wife is under the care of Dr.Ranjankumar - Medical Oncologist for the treatment of lung cancer from end December 2017. His treatment options with adequate diagnostics are very convincing and effective. Hospital infrastructure and support are of global standard and excellent.

If you are affected with covid dont go to this hospital no care on patient.I lost my mother not giving proper care and all trainer nurse they are not asking what patient need.😭😭

I am still wondering how they are maintaining each and every corner of the hospital the equal and unique care with more more kindness. All staff are seems very sincere at their work and they are more helpful and friendly nature with all patients at all the time. For an example, I many time visited OPD - 6, there I found more kindness given to all patients by the receptionist without any hesitation. Again for an example, the doctor Mr. K. Tirupathy is so polite and generous kindness to all the patients. I am sure. God will definitely bless this hospital to help a lot of patients 🙏🙏🙏.

My Mother In Law was admitted in SIMS Chellum Hospital Salem For Brain Haemorrhage. She was under the care of Dr.Shri.N.Balamurugan,Neurologist and Dr.Shri.Prem Prakash, Neuro Surgeon. Excellent treatment was given. Experienced Doctors.Very good Infrastructure. Excellent care by Nurses and housekeeping staff. No problem faced during her 20 days hospitalization there. One of the best hospitals in Salem especially for Neuro problems. Kudos to the team SIMS Chellum.
