Well it has been a good experience over here. My grandfather had went through heart operation. And after the operation we had given a private ward. Which was on the next level. The waiting hall seemed to be an office. If it comes to the maintenance and cleanliness. I would say it's on it's best. And yeah, many may say that, the cost is more. Well if it's of proper health check up and maintenance, obviously it would be. But it was quite an wonderful feeling. If you think of food, it has a canteen insidetthe hospital even it's too good. Last but not least, it was good! ❤🤘

We were here for my father's treatment. Overall experience was okay Doctors, nurses and ground staff are good but did not like the consent taking procedures... any kind of consent needs to be handed to the attendees or patients to have a good read before they can sign it ... any form or consent i signed was rushed and taken at the last minute of any procedure. Hospital management needs to work on their Informed consent taking procedures where patients and attendees are well informed about what needs to be done so there mind is at ease knowing that their loved ones are in good hands.

Excellent non matching experience.

Excellent care received in terms of nursing care and medical expertise. Doctors are practicing evidence based medicine inspite of being overwhelmed by COVID 19 pandemic . Dr Harjap was kind enough to update me and welcomed my suggestions too. The bedside nurses are professional, courteous and empathetic. Mr Chaudhary at the reception was also very helpful, he acted promptly when I asked to speak with treating physician. The billing department was also very professional in providing me with an itemized invoice. On review, I found that they billed for medicines at or lower than market price. The bed charges were negligible compared to the services provided , and the doctor consultation fee was also very fair. Without doubt the best hospital in the area .

No patients are entertained in this pandemic and failing to even provide primary health check up or provide a necessary first aid. Worst healthcare given! The gynecologist Kiran Mayi is so rude Tries to wrap up patients like they're some objects. Doesn't take any time to address issues. Randomly gives all blood tests to be performed without any base. When asked her name , "You can see it on the prescription" is her response. And the lady on lab duty who drew my blood on Saturday 24th oct, 2020 at around 6:20ish was not even well groomed. She had long nails. And they way she kept pushing capillary tubes into my arm has swollen my arm now. I can still see the blood clot on my arm, my husband too - who took the blood tests with me. Never going here again. Worst part : Being a hospital they don't take everyone's temperature at the gate during covid.

Once the customer service/technical service team transfers the call to the certain department, they won't answer for the queries properly. They won't even wait for 2sec, if they are unable to hear the voice they will disconnect and no patience to wait. Called them more than 10times to take appointment. So careless the staff is.

Worst ever experience. They are just insensitive. Booked appointment with doctor ten days ago. At that time they said am 4th patient in line . And confirmed the time a day before - between 10-10.30 am. I travelled 8 -9 KM and reached the hospital by 9.55 am. And they are calling to cancel the appointment. Five minutes before the time. Then they rescheduled to 1-1.30 pm. I reached by12.50 pm . And then now they say 15 patients are ahead of me. Not sure how they can be so audacious. This is not the first experience with these people. But this time , in COVID making a patient travel so many times is not fair. High time these staff learn courtesy and politeness. AND poor responses they give.

I just got checked by one of the best ENT doctors I guess 😊. The way he explained everything and the treatment, everything was just awesome. In Neeladrinagar I would recommend everyone to visit this clinic for medical consultation.

Please maintain your standards at this clinic as well. The new staff at reception are worse. We went for blood test and after providing Narayana file, after checking the mobile number, they are unable to fetch our records and almost asking to leave and not even bother for alternative solution. Later somehow got our records and drawn the bill. By showing it to Lab technician, she was telling two tests are same and why it was billed twice. We have no clue and since we already paid the amount we availed the same test on next day one more time just because of reception guy was not aware. Doesn't recommend.

Useless place, staff needs to respect patient's time and learn some management skill. This place deserves negative ranking. Will recommend this place to people who have ample time to waste. Reached clinic at 6.30 pm to meet Dr. Pinky mohanty (dermatologist, who was suppose to come at 7 pm), as I was told that appointment was based on first come first serve principle. Receptionist told that there is one more patient before you. Doctor was late, she reached by 7.20. At 7.50, when I enquired, was told there are four patients before you. I was irritated to the core. When confronted the receptionist, he did not give proper response. After a round of heated discussion, I had to cancel my appointment. And most of the time whenever I have visited this place, waiting time was between 30 min to 1 hour. I just do not understand what is the use of prior appointment or coming so early!

Sir/Madam, I have one very sincere, humble and honest suggestion in the interest of your institution and as well for patients. I visited your hospital during Dec-2019 and Jan-2020 on a 2nd & 4th Saturday. I have myopia and astigmatism and other associated problems since my boyhood days. Off late I started developing multifocal vision problem as I am on the age of 45 which mean I need Short, Intermediate/computer and Long vision glasses to. Though I was wearing progressive lenses which was prescribed through other one reputed hospital As my eyes were getting strained heavily due to this syndrome I was always feeling my eyes were exhausted and always felt the eyes dry. Your doctor's and Optometricians failed to observe this my issue. Instead they wrote pricey imported eye drops to stop to stop dry eye syndrome. Later I visited the my old hospital wherein I got highly personalized attention from the doctor herself. Finally the doctor prescribed me two glasses i.e. one is for Short & Intermediate vision and another one is for long distance vision. Now I am fine though I am using two glasses. I am thinking to go for Lazer/Smile treatment to discard specs. The main problem I observed in your hospital is one single doctor is not attending to the patient. Patient has to go across multiple doctors, Multiple optometrist. Your hospital system work like factory assembly line management system which is not good for a hospital setup. Your staff/professionals feeds/punches the eye test readings in the networked computerized environment and the same is seen by other professionals in other department. Even a small typo error lead to a big confusion and cost heavily to the patient. Even in my case they wrote wrong spectacle prescription. When I asked how come such a huge difference came in power, they answered saying whatever glasses are I was comfortable with during reading, that only they wrote. I felt something wrong in that prescription, Hence I did not go buying with that glass.

My experience before my dad eye operation is " Dr shaerine D'souza, response was so good like she was told, "she will treat like her father to patients , staff maintenance is good, responding each and everyone staff members are good". After operation : My dad's vision completely lost , before operation he can see 60% of vision by that time doctor gave confidence that she can improve 100% vision after. so, we went for operation and piad 60,000/- but we lost 60% vision also, after operation, In post checkup they said it will improve, we maintained what dacotor prescribed but finally we lost the eye vision completely. Final conclusion is, at first they impress you by their sweat words, plz don't believe those words. don't come and take treatment here and not to refer any one, this my umble request. Staff members will force to give feedback back just a minute after operation without complete treatment.

No doubt that Narayana Nethralaya One of the Best eye Hospital in india.But One Optometrist Name Mr. Vikash from Bihar, India his behavior is very bad.He used to abuse the students in front of the patient.Not only the students but also the relatives of the patient are abusive.I think students who have come here to learn should be taught well,But instead of teaching Mr. Bikash, he is constantly abusing the students.Today, I have seen with my own eyes that a student is constantly being abused.If the students do not get any help from the staff then how will they treat the patient in the next day.A student will never learn anything from them if they are abused in this way.This incident happened in Narayana Nathralaya Bammasandra.I would request the head of the department of the hospital to take the action.Mr. vikash change your behavior.This is making your name worse.

This is my 2nd time donating Platelets. Every thing i went through was clean and well organised. Just one point to the team, I wish if process starts at 9 am rather than 10.15 am. It takes about 1.5 - 2 hrs for the whole process to complete and then travel for 1hr to reach office.

Have been looking for a hospital during this tough times. Finally found a one stop destination and was cherished to have good doctors. Nevertheless nursing is what makes a great hospital experience. Christina, a nurse from Narayana HSR has been a great lady, helping the patient every time we call. She has been very polite and displayed good ownership and patience. She is one of the reason I knew that my mother in law would recover faster. Thank you Christina and all nursing team.

I have reduced the rating to 1 after more experience with this hospital. Many Doctors are good, but, a few nursing stuff don't listen. Nurses should be better trained(some are very incompetent). They appear to be overloaded and short staffed. Nurses are all fresh graduates who don't have much experience in patient care. Patient beds are very close to each other in semi private rooms as rooms are very small. They should also ask for review on discharge. There is a lot of improvement in last one year. Many lazy and incompetent employees are gone. But the hospital needs to do more. Can't call the hospital directly. Need to go through some customer care service which takes long time. Lot of improvement required in this hospital. I have visited only Mallige hospital which I can use as reference and I felt the staff is more competent there. Also the charges are very high compared to other hospitals and quality of health care they provide isn't worth the money we pay(typical Narayana hospital)

First visit to NH. Happy with the service on the first day. Good staffs and wonderful hospitality. Thanks to Ultrasonic team for being patient friendly and supportive. Half of the treatment fear can be treated by staffs behaviour and thats what happened today. Multilingual staffs are added advantage. Tad expensive tests but staff behavior is laudable. Hopeful of good days ahead.

My mother had some health issue because of which I had to admit her to Narayana Hrudayalaya. They took good care of her and she is feeling better now. Every nurse is different. A nurse called "Bindya" (I do not know how she spells it) took really good care of her. She use to come at night shift and did her job really well. Most important, she did it with care and patience which is very important I believe. Remaining staff was also decent.

As usual long waiting time even for booked appointment but doctors are very skill full.

The charges are really expensive if you're getting admitted and the wards are not worth for that price. Treatment wise it is good.

Worst worst worst!! Even if we book very prior appointment, it is of waste even if you come on your time. They will follow just first come first serve. Not sure why they are simply booking appointments in the toll free number. Dr. Madam met us on one friday, actually her assistant was checking us and madam directly told us to meet on coming Tuesday at HSR branch. We thought like within 6 days it is free consultation that's why madam is asking to meet again. Our bad luck they have a policy that the free consultation is only for that branch where initially went and not for other branches. I think they will only bother about money and money. Not thinking about pregnant lady travel multiple times and only care for money and money.

One of the worst hospital I have seen. Worst then the Government hospitals. Easily they will not discharge the patient's. For normal delivery they will keep for 7days that too. They will say BP for mother Jaundice for baby and they will extend the days. And they will allow only one person to hospital that too we cannot enter the patient room. Staffs are very very worst behaviour. Doctors are money making mind. We can see the film stories really here. If we wanted to discharge the patient's we need to ask from 3days.

My uncle was went to opd they told BPL is not accept only after surgery 1 year only valid like that they told and took 3000 rupee for check up they are very poor. My mother was admitted to this hospital on emergency. I will clearly explain everything that happened. (5 STARS)Emergency - is super quick and first aid is given at an instant without even asking for any initial payment. (4 STARS)General ward - It is cleaner than most other hospitals, staff were good at the general ward. Doctor visits once and staff are available throughout the day and night. (3 STARS) ICU - The 5 stars I gave is for the equipments and doctors. The staff at ICU are more arrogant and aggressive towards patients. Specially one staff nurse who was dealing with my mother mentally wounded the patient inside the ICU. (5 STARS)Private ward - we were shifted to the private ward, the rooms are excellent and cleanliness is too notch. Staff nurse at private ward were also excellent. (5 STARS)Billing and insurance - I was happy with the TPA department they handled the insurance part of my bill smoothly. I did almost no work at all. (5 STARS)Security - The security people are also caring and good people. Overall - I was satisfied with the hospital, Doctors are excellent, but two staff nurse really hated my mother for some unknown reason. They should have been a little more gentle with patients at the ICU, but they were a little harsh.

They asked me to deposit 50k while admitting, even though we had a health insurance. While discharging, they are supposed to refund 36k but they told they will just transfer money to patient's account after 7 working days. And they were not ready to give any acknowledgement too. Even snapdeal/some local shopping websites have better professionalism than these guys. People visit to this hospital only cos of good doctors, but with this attitude of management, they are not going to win anyone. I wish Narayana Hrudayala highermhigher responds to this review so that no other patient's family go thru the difficulties that I went thru.

Good treatment and good hospital.. no comments on that, but did not get proper information from the customer care services or narayana health helpline. My mother was hospitalized (due to covid) and was discharged after a week they had advised her to visit opd after 15 days but she was having some miner issue in between(after 6 days) I called the customer care service and asked to connect to respective opd.. but instead they got to know that I want to visit dr(without knowing patient health details).. and booked the appointment to the wrong doctor.. when I visited the hospital Dr explained me that they have video call facilities for covid patients after discharge and they should not bring them to hospital before 15 days.. it was really waste of time travelling till NH. Another disappointing thing is that they did not explain anything about video consultation during the time of discharge.. I had to spend like 40 mins to get wrong appointment from customer service and it was miserable and disappointing... Please make sure that the customer care service executives either connect to respective departments directly or help people with full patient details.. This would avoid such embarrassing moments during this pandemic and proper info is safe for both doctors and for patients.

Happened to hire a bachelor's degree graduate in Physiotherapy from this college. I was mentally prepared to educate and train this candidate to our requirements. it has been 7 days since and I am coming to understand that the college has not prepared their physiotherapist to be an asset to the community. instead they have allowed a candidate to pass out even without basic knowledge. these candidates are not employable at all. I had interviewed a couple as well they were also of the same caliber. Hope the institution corrects its deficiencies and becomes proud of its products in the near future. As of now they should be ashamed.

Dr. Ravi Krishna is an amazing doctor. I got my dads cataract operation here. Doctor was very good and explained the procedure n process in detail to us. Even staff was cordial and friendly. Worst hospital for Neuro and Spinal cord injuries. My father admitted there for Neuro and Spinal cord injury. They kept in ICU for more then 12 hrs and no response from doctors. They said 95.00% no chance to walk on his own. Later we moved to BGLR, now my father improving better and he can walk on his own soon.

Worst hospital I never seen in my life. Hospital doctors don't know how they got degrees. Sometimes I doubt on them doctors or compounder. They make huge hole in your pocket for money. No treatment. Service is good, Hospital needs more scanners and x ray units as there is too much crowd ,so also requires more no of OT theaters as more no of surgeries are done and sterilization etc to be attended often . This hospital does not provide experienced nurses.The treatment does not go rightly because unless you buy and give the medicines,the drugs are not administered. Also the medicines are very costly and strong ,so the side effects are more. The hospital management tries to give the treatment without concerning humanity. It's like they are treating a dead body. Of coarse some simple cases which can be treated even by a nurse is cared well with more charges. The duty doctors and the nurses are so careless regarding the patient's care.The nurses do not know the basics of nursing care. They just carry the orders of the owner.

I m giving 1 star for the management service bcz they give more importance to their so called "protocol" rather than their customer satisfaction and Doctor's word. I went for minor dressing to NH clinic Sarjapura branch after 3days of my surgery so Dr. Denied to take consultation charges but the receptionist available she told that as per our protocol we have to charge the consultation charges we cannot do anything . This is the first hospital I m seeing who give more importance to their protocol rather than their customers. 600 is not a big amount but it is wrong to charge simply for no reason just for their own business they are charging for their "protocol'

Having a blind faith and trust in Narayana health since early 2000 onwards, have severely damaged by trust, when I visited the Sarjapur multispeciality clinic for my yearly health check. In these times of Covid, hospitals and diagnostics have to put in more stringent conditions, but no temperature checks, no gloves while drawing blood, no sanitizing of chairs, dingy scan room with 3 people breathing the same air, ... I will squarely blame Sarjapur branch of narayana, if I ever get Covid post my visit today... Please stay safe everyone...it is only commerce involved here, no safety measures.. Take your own precautions, ..

Don't ever visit this clinic. All uneducated and inexperienced staff sitting with no knowledge. They don't know what they even talk to patients. All are liars. Sometimes they say they do a certain test and when I am about to go to the clinic, they say they don't do it. My mom needed a pulmonary function test and everyone knows they do it. But they denied conducting the test because she had mild cough. Basically I believe that the test is done to check for such symptoms and other respiratory related issues. I am reporting the clinic to Bellandur police station for denying services to a patient in need during such pandemic. Hope this situation does not happen to any other person in need of medical services!!

I visited Narayana clinic today for health check-up and they took really good care throughout the process from the appointment confirmation to final consultation the receptionist sending for the test one by one without negligence till the final consultation with the doctor. questions and concerns were handled with great care and professionalism.good and friendly staff extremely clean and well maintained. The only thing is need to improve parking lot but I had a good experience with such care and compassion.

Hectic charges, when we entered they said it will be 2 test but unnecessarily they made all the test that to without any prior notice. HIGHLY DISSATISFIED.

Good reception staff. Clean clinic, ample seating space. Following covid 19 precautions well. Has all basic heart tests. Dr. P V suresh who we consulted for my grandfather and father is very cordial, experienced and explains things to his patients. Has an elevator for patients who cannot climb stairs. Parking is more or less available around the clinic.

First of all the front office is not qualified to answer the basic question. I wanted appointment, they put me on hold for 6 minutes and line was cut. Called 4times and same thing happened. They are testing the patience of customers. Lastly stopped calling them. What to say about the service.

This is just an extension counter of Narayana Hrudayalaya. No one will be there except few non medical staff. Even though you book an appointment much in advance, the doctor will not be present on time. It is always like Dr. is on the way. Even though it is clear that their payment machine is not working they will blame you. Finally the Dr. arrives and you go with a lot of expectations as he has been sold to you as the senior most and most experienced person from NH. Even though you go there with all the lab reports the Dr. claims that all those reports are wrong. He claims not to understand the computer language written by all the labs. He insists that all the tests must be re-done at NH only. By this time you would have realized that you are not talking to a doctor but a commission agent. All this after paying a consultation fee of ₹900.
