I have been going to this hospital for a while. There are excellent doctors who are very professional, kind and sincere. But the non medical staff are very bad. Insurance help desk for example, is worst. Parking is another example. They have introduced valet parking. Essentially parking is free, if you have paid for any service at the hospital. But the vendors don't tell it to the visitors. It needs to be fixed.
Very poor in managing the patients and their attenders. No proper communication with attenders. Different level of staff convey different things with attenders. All level of employees are good in only monitoring the number of attenders entering the hospital at a time and good in monitoring whether they have attender pass or not. Plus point is that doctor was good, talented.
Best services were given by the doctors, nurses and other health care workers.Services are Cost effective.I strongly recommend to consult Dr N Papa Rao and team for General Medical & Diabetes related medical problems.
Actually Hospital deserves 4 stars for its services. Not 5 star because of fire safety issues. But in parking they are collecting 20 Rs for two wheeler. They did not stick bill on walls saying.... if there is bill, parking fee is not required. Parking boys are insulting customers/patients. I have been seeing Dr Shashanka V from several years and he is a great doctor as well as great human being. But hospital is a loot.

Great service. Qualified doctors. They explained the process and the procedure of the treatment/treatment plan patiently. All queries and concerns were addressed. Decently priced, not too expensive. However, the assistants could be more welcoming. Other than that, my experience with KIMS dental care was satisfactory. I would recommend it to my friends and family.

Went there for a basic clean up and cement filling for a gap between my two upper front tooth. The cement filling was so poorly done that it started to break within 3 months of getting it done. The quality was poor. My previous cement filling lasted a good 15 years with not even a single crack on it. I live in the USA and wouldn't be able to visit the hospital to get it fixed now
I have visited KIMS dental care kondapur with pain in my upper wisdom tooth and underwent extraction as per doctor's advice. I had a pleasant experience. The doctors are very efficient who treated with advanced equipment and adhered to safety procedures. I am very happy with my treatment and would definitely recommend this hospital for any dental care.
