Till the time, you shift to room, it's perfect. But once got admitted, you will have to totally dependent on Nurses in the floor duty. But the nurses don't attend to your basic requirements like timely meals ( which is essential for recovery from covid) and drinking water. No matter how many times you call them.

Treatment is gud but the hospital is unhygienic and poor maintenance....they are not even using a gud sanitizers in this corona period....

My experience was very good. I took my treatment from Dr Manisha Tomar. She was superb throughout my treatment. She listened all the queries patiently and answer them in best possible way and relieved all my stress through out my pregnancy journey. There was time when we all were very stressed due to one issue but she took care of everything very well and eventually we were blessed. She is the best doctor and remembers everything about you and your treatment. She is very friendly due to which i never hesitated in asking any questions(even silly questions😊) . she is also very good in understanding the patient pocket and doesnot suggest irrelevant things. Also she explains everything very well which shows her confidence and you don't have to go anywhere else. Thank you mam for all the help.🙏🙏

It was a great experience here..I know Dr. Sandeep Chadha from Jaypee hospital since 4 yrs..she is the most friendly and humble doctor. Most recommended doctor. Wonderful hospitality. Good food and excellent infrastructure. Responsible staffs. I would like to especially thank the night incharge Sister Shindhu n team..who came in every few hours to check my mom's Bp n sugarl. It just that the management was little slow with the other things. One star less for this. But finally everything went well. So, it hardly creates a difference.

During this pandemic time our experience with motherhood Hospital is excellent. Dr Manisha Tomar is best gynaecologist in NCR. My sister in law had a premature delivery, and she was taken care so nicely. We are glad and pleased by the treatment. Nursing staff is also good, specially sister Shweta is very supportive in feeding. Cleaning staff, Kamal aunty is also very humble and soft spoken. So, our overall experience is so good.

I experienced the hosp as clean n neat, awesome staff n people working over there were kind n polite... I have taken treatment in care hospital secd. Hospital's govt. Recognizetion lapsed, due to lapses my Rs. 1,44,000/- Bill was held up.

I reached here by 6:10pm as told by the management that the doctor would be available by this time.Then I waited for an hour more and still no signs of the doctor.Understand it is a heavy rainy day.However, no responsibility of the doctor to be in time.Looks to be a deserted place with no doctors available.If a patient has to wait for long then his life would be in danger.Show some importance towards patients and learn to be in time.Your late show can cost a life.

In spite of repeated complaints to there top management and inside hospital management in last 4 months. Still there are poor service from the administration department and nursing staff. The rude behavior and arrogance in thr tone is still same inspite of many escalation s. Doctors are good the only reason why we get treat here

I guess all positive comments here are scripted by hospital management. Because management is too worst. if doctor is not available why management have to confirm appointments. They made us wait hours we came back home without consulting doctor.

One of the worst hospital experiences. Security is unprofessional, waiting hall has broken tiles which can hurt you. no action from Customer care.. If you inform security (maintenance team) to remove tiles and turn on AC (40+ degrees). They make fun of you which Dis-respectful when your tired and paying lot of money for treatment. Rude security staff and rude tone. They will bill you heavily. Am very happy with the Dr. Suresh (Nephrology) treatment and counselling. however, I will not recommend this place to anyone. if you pay same money outside you will get premium service with respect.

Worst hospital, they charge in the name of covid PPE kits thousands of rupees daily. Why government is not taking action on it. I have the bills need to scan and submit to the court. The other thing is they give NICU attendants a room to sleep where it is fully of insects and can't sit, for sure you will get all allergies there and your money also go if you decide to go there. But I dont leave them for the costs in the name of covid they are charging, will submit my proofs in the court.

A good hospital in the city to get operated!

Consulted Dr Deepthi, cardiologist (online) for my father, he had severe chest pain. The doctor video called and spoke hardly for a minute and recommended to do all the tests.(ECG, 2D echo, TMT, CBP) she didnt even prescribed any medicines. After one day we sent the test results online and there is no response. They dont even answer the calls or reply back. Online consultation doesn't mean doctors communicate less with patients and escape to give proper treatment. I would say whoever is planning to consult this doctor is wasting money, time and increasing your health issues.

Worst hospital and staff are very arrogant. They are taking hours of time to treatment. Recently I admitted my friend into the hospital for blood transfusion, but these fellow staff are not even bothered about the patient and they took 5 hours to start the treatment after admitting and bringing the blood from a blood bank.

This is the best hospital for Maternity Services. We went for Maternity Checkups starting from 3rd Month until the Delivery. You can only expect a perfect care and suggestions from Jothirlatha Mam.. Personally we were so grateful to have the best doctors(Jothirlatha Mam and Muthukumar Sir) taking care of the delivery of my wife.. You can trust them blindly.. I had a fall and twisted my knee. I was diagnosed to have miniscal injury and ACL partial tear. I Under went miniscal repair and discoid miniscoplasty at Amicare Hospital. I thank Dr. Himanshu for the excellent treatment. I am so happy for his expert management in my condition. I also want to appreciate the Physiotherapy department ( especially Dr Abhivyakti) for expert guidance in playing important role in my recovery. I had gone acl reconstruction under the masterly hand of dr. Himanshu gupta. He made me very comfortable as i was very tensed. As i had my medical examination for assistant superintendent jail. But due to his guidance i am able to join and serving delhi government and able to play any sports without any problem. Thnks to sir.i would highly recommend him.

Dr. Himanshu Gupta is a very good doctor. I want to tell you one thing where all the doctors refused to take my wife, where Dr. Himanshu Gupta saved her life. For me, he is no less than any god. All the staff of the hospital is very good.

I was personally admitted due to a mishap and I had a broken collar bone and 3 broken ribs. The first experience, the experience at the OT, post OT everything was very noteworthy. Dr Himangshu, Dr Sachin are just awesome to interact and talk to. Both of them are very very able hands for the diagnosis as well as the operation. I am happy I approached them, it was my first experince. Recovery is on track and hope to be into sports very soon.

Need to improve treatment results

Being a trust hospital the consultation fee is jus same as any other private hospital.. I went to a dermatologist named Krishnakant he charged me Rs 650/- consultation and his prescribed medicine wouulpd bring upto the total of around 5000/-.. Instead he has to prescribe a generic medicine...if the charges are height I would as well prefer going to a private hospital/clinic.. Highly not recommendable to go to this hospital..

Best treatment you can have at Coimbatore. This hospital saved my father from many infections who is around 80+ years of age. Staffs are good, doctors are knowledgeable & kind, latest facility at Coimbatore. One of the best ICUs I have seen . Some people say it is costlier, but the best infrastructure, latest medical equipment will cost more money. Government also taxes all the import of the best equipment which adds cost of the treatment.

i want to share my experience with Dr senthil kumar plastic surgeon at Royal care . I met him for consultation. He explained everything in detail, i was so impressed that i decided that i will get surgery only with him ( even though i consulted many high doctors before) Everything went on as planned, i am happy with the result now. definitely give them 10 stars

Very lethargic in treating patients. Its just another patient and they don't understand the seriousness. If you need immediate care , never ever go to this hospital. Very costly and I will definitely not recommend this hospital. They don't value life. They take all the time and just keep running tests. I lost my father because all their so called test which they run for ages.

I went to consult gastroenterologist in care hospital in September 2020. Due to covid they charged 850rs just for consultation. After waiting for 1long hour among the huge crowd of around 100+ people the docter just consulted me for less than a minute. He was in complete ppe suite and was so busy that he did not even care to examine me. I thought a complete waste of money and time. Doctor wrote a ct scan which cost 5000rs in care, But in vizaya medical center it costs 3500rs for the same test. I fell care hospital is only for wealthy people... Year before my wife was taken to care hospital in an emergency for uninary infection and she was pregnant... The hospital staff had estimated around 25000 rs per day for the treatment. How come an average middle class person like me can afford such an expence. With great worry i had to shift my pregnent wife to another hospital. All this time my wife just staring at me innocently with pain and fever. I had to leave the hospital with tears and fear of loosing her or child in my eyes.

Extremely Bad Doctors and Care Takers. This place is worst! Worst for Covid-19 treatment! To give an example: One of the patient in the ICU asked for water, care taker said "get up and take it". The patient bed was wet with urine, they did not clean untill next afternoon.

Hello All, I've been admitted for a week here in a moderately critical situation. 1st thing, " They proved themselves for what they are actually". I've told to give a week time for the treatment processes. And in the meantmean all we need to do is to just lay down and be co-operative with the staff. Yes, I'm very much healthy now. Now the hospital review: Hospital: 5* For the best hospitality welcome from the time of admission to discharge. The ground staff (Admin), BMS, Cleaning, Maintenance everyone are so co-op in maintaining the balance and giving us the best and creating safe environment around us. Doctors and Nurses:5* Doctors have definitely put forward there experience and learning in the short time they have. But a standing ovation for the nurses who are working Round the Clock here in support of our health. Literally they are working 24x7 in supporting out life systems by pushing there energy and time to an edge. My experience with this hospital was the worst. Firstly the nurses here are not trained. My husband who was the patient had burn injuries which needed to be bandaged every altenate day. The nurse literally started pulling of the bandages from his fingers. Due to extreme pain his BP came down (40). It was a life threatening situation. Secondly Dr. Siddharth. Any sane person shouldn't visit him. He never does the bandages or even supervises the process. I called for him several times when my husband's BP came down but he didn't show up. It was indeed very irresponsible of him. Post surgery situation was extremely traumatic for us. I would definitely suggest everyone to stay away from this hospital and the mentioned doctor.

I thing we now everyone that care hospitality. But they can't give same type of hospitality in every branch...actually I use to visit care hospital in ram nagar branch, these branch having good doctors, good equipment but there is simple bit problem from maintenance department... After two to three times I started visiting in railway new colony... But here doctors representation is less and also the administration is not taking care of patients and attenders.... Hope they will make there mistakes correct

Doctors were incredible. Not only they taken great care of my wife and myself, but also she is lovely to speak with at every appointment with great knowledge. It’s rare to find doctors that combines such personal touches and care for a patient as a person with outstanding quality of medical care. I highly recommend them to my friends and family 100%.

I was admitted for my Normal Delivery and was well received by the staff at Fehmi Care. The nurses, doctors and the staff were very friendly and concerned. I finally delivered a cute lil baby girl under the supervision of Dr. Fehmida Banu and other team of talented doctors. The support staff have been very cordial and supportive and the room was very neat and well maintained specially considering the Covid outbreak. I personally recommend this hospital to everyone planning for a normal delivery smoothly. Thanks again to Dr. Smitha, Dr Shifa and the junior doctors who were checking on me every hour.

If I can give more than 5 star rating I would give Dr. Fehmida Banu wholeheartedly. I needed someone who listens to my health concerns and respond appropriately about the treatment in which she was outstanding.I know that I can present my health concerns and feel confident that she will address it to her best ability. Even she guided me throughout my pregnancy. In addition she has pleasant office staff and clean environment. All are requested to visit such a nice hospital. Doctors, nursing staff, reception persons, pharmacy and it's staff, ambience, cleanliness and services everything is great. I made a mistake of my life by taking my father to this hospital for high fever. They gave very few medicines in the ward and made his condition worse within 7 days and then took him to the ICU where hefty fees( about 12k per day- 8 yrs ago ) and kept him there for about 20 days. Within a week of discharge he passed away. Their behaviour was rude, too much ego and arrogant behaviour. They get angry when we ask details about tlhis treatment given. If there is any god in this world, surely this hospital and cunning doctors will be punished and made to pay for all their sins. I sincerely request everyone not to take their old parents and all the doctors will play skillful drama to extract more money.

Money Minded , Dont go if you have insurance. I had admitted my wife for a Knee surgery, Can you believe the total bill for a Knee surgery and 3 days of hospitalization is approx 1 lack 67 thousand.? I had gone with the insurance, absolutely no transparency. The Package limit itself for the surgery is 80 k. I ended up paying another 60 k from my pocket though it was a cashless claim. They dont know how to take care of their patients. lot of misbehavior from the staffs. They agreed to the insurance package and gone for a open billing and I was the victim as they charged too much for the surgery and did not respond to the queries of insurance company properly minor knee surgery and 3 days of hospitalization is costing 1 lack 67 thousand rupees.:) So better stay away if you have a cashless insurance.

This hospital is a good hospital but the lab is not in this hospital. So if we want to take the test we have to go outside and take the test. I therefore kindly request the hospital management to intervene and make the lab facility within the hospital. Thank you🙏🏻🙏🏻

The pediatrician feels the suffering kids cry as nuisance and wants them to be taken out of hospital, so that the attender sits in the lobby to see the Doctor.. This new generation pediatrician is highly against mother feeding and recommends aavin milk to the babies reasoning that the kids will develop adamancy... I was treated by his respectable father Dr.Sundarapandian decades ago and still has huge respect for him, but his son Dr prasanna treatment and attitude is unbearable..

Would have given something lower if available. Hospital needs a lot of focus on basic professional etiquette to be injected to the persons handling insurance and billing. For the first time i have come across a hospital who is denying to give bills for the payments done on different days. They have given me a final bill mentioning all payments done in remarks which is not acceptable by insurance. But hospital staff are showing attitude and denying giving bills when we go physically asking for the same. So my claim is on hold but hospital is not bothered about it.

Poor service. They are interested in earning money and not in right treatment. For Covid tests also charging high prices. Also dont bother to give a report to patient.

I had been hospitalized for 10 days in the hospital only because of God like doctor Dr. Damodar Bundhani.... Salute to him! However, all other supporting services like admission, insurance and billing desk, food supply, etc. so harassing and horrible.... are like more serious than your disease. You will be mentally killed if admitted there. They divert from their commitment at last moment without any reason but for direct cash/money only. They hardly accept insurance even you have world class insurance provider. Hospital administration (bottom to top) doesn't have humanity....they only need money... Unless you need treatment from a best doctor's there, never ever go there.

The worst medical ever i have seen in my life. Even the elevator doesn't work properly, we got injured because of the elevator. I dont want to mention about facilities. The flooring is not good for wheelchair, the patient has to walk some times. Please dont ever go there

He will advise all un required tests starting from x ray ecg echo to all blood tests which are absolutely not necessary. Finally doc is so busy he will hardly listen to your symptoms. Only by seeing the reports he will advise medication . Next time u go for check up again they will charge. My honest request please never visit this hospital . Only you will be looted . There are far better docs in the city compare to this bull shot doc &hospital

My overall experience was good if not exceptional. Doctors did a very good job despite the covid- 19 situation. I was skeptical about what might be in future from date of admission through delivery till discharge so was my wife. I must say the hospital might have done better if they communicated that this is the normal flow of events. It is the only point they should improve. Otherwise skepticisms aside and baring a few stray episodes with may b 1-2 employees the experience overall was very good. Great doctor and great care from all the staff. I sincerely hope they give some attention to communication part or at least they do not leave the job of core communicating to the doctor who as always is beyond exceptional in this aspect.

This is the worst hospital I ever visited. My aunt was admitted during her pregnancy and she had some problems that is why they prescribed us to let her stay there for one month. Though we were not interested they washed our brain to let her stay for money. They didn't allowed us to see my aunt and even my uncle. Staffs were very rude. Atmosphere wasn't clean. They didn't gave breakfast to my aunt although she has asked the nurses for food. Overall worst experience.

I got admitted at THC for a week. My experience with THC staff was super satisfactory from end to end. I am satisfied with their nursing staff, cleaning staff, lab guys and doctors. I recommend others THC over brand like Jupiter whom I found very less sensitive and supportive.

I visited hosp for severe ulcer pain.. he told me to take MRI scan, ultrasound scan and nothing is shown there..and later he done an endoscopy and finds out what's my problem..and again he told to take blood test, in blood test they shows an high cholesterol with an doubt I visited another hosp, they said I don't have a cholesterol..and he gave several tabs for ulcer, still didn't cure ..

"Duty of them ==== Hospital receptionists work in hospitals and help patients, answer phones, assist patients, handle mail, file records and make sure medical offices are running smoothly. Receptionists are also responsible for giving patients information on what is happening in the clinic and checking them in for appointments. " But she can't even answer properly over the phone. Then no other duties are done in a professional way.

No cards, no UPI payments. The don't provide any cashless mode of payment. Strictly Cash only. And the closest ATM is around 500 meters away. Not ideal for someone who visits alone and has no cash in hand.

Excellent care given by Dr. JAYACHANDRAN and DR. AVINASH. We got admitted few backs ago due to Covid +ve. We didn't feel like that, we were in hospital. They took care us very well. Worst hospital ever. I have visited this hospital for the dressing of toe finger of my colleague. The nurse first call a manager then again he called a doctor. Then the doctor again called one more doctor and he hardly spent few seconds and said for X-ray which was unnecessary and when refused they forced to pay OPD charges. When argued they said its mandatory. The interior of their patients room is horrible. If I would be having an option of Zero star I would be giving the same to their service. Staffs are not educated at all. They are simply robbing the patients. Pathetic experience ever.

Consulted Dr. Sneha for the PCOD and satisfied with the treatment. Dr. Sneha is very proffesional and very friendly. She is even available through watsapp incase if we couldn't consult for any clarifications. Very happy that i have been recovered from PCOD not completely but yes on process of recovering... Staff members are also very friendly and they followup / give a reminder to the patients who ever has taken appointments. Very unprofessional. There was a short guy from NE most probably, a hospital staff. when we were being briefed by a doctor on the second floor he didn't had the common sense to allow the patient to sit while he occupied the chair and the patient had to stand up. When we told him to give the chair as the patient was in scrutiating pain he instead questioned us why the patient wanted to sit. It's unethical and mannerless at many levels. Only recommend this place when in emergency otherwise proceed to some better institute like we did.

My sister was admitted for a day. She had a stomach infection. I found doctors quite engaging and friendly and I was quite impressed especially by Dr Salman, quite nice and a humorous doctor. He was the doctor-incharge. Thank you sir. Other doctors were good too. She is fit and fine now. But, I'm quite disappointed when it comes to communication with nurses. I know Karnataka doesn't like Hindi language, but I don't know what is their problem with english language. Nurses were unable to communicate in basic level english and it was very difficult for us to get what they exactly meant. See, you can't expect everyone to speak the local language because there are some people who are outsiders residing in Bangalore. We are also trying our level best to learn, but learning someone's language is not a walk at a park right? It takes time. If you find Hindi as a threat to your language, don't speak, it's totally fine. My only feedback is that, please appoint nurses who has a hold in basic level english speaking and those who are already working, please tell them to enroll themselves to English spoken classes. One star extra only for the doctors and cleanliness.

Not recommended. Both the hospital and Dr. Deshpande are extremely unprofessional. Will not leave any opportunity to “exploit” patients to increase their billing. (Charging Money for treatment is not at all a problem but it shouldn’t be done over patients health and harassing the family members). The fact that this is one of the biggest hospitals in Raipur, with such a pathetic admin system disappoints me. I came to the hospital with my mother in 11th Jan 2021, for Sinus Operation. We reached at around 2, and we were asked to wait. There was no system and no confirmation as to when will we get the bed. Finally we were admitted at 9 PM at night, that too after hours of moving around and asking random people. Come 14th Jan, the alleged day of discharge. After communicating beforehand that we have completed all the paperwork from our side, the process took more than 6 hours. The floor manager is of no help and all she does was giving more false hopes. There is no accountability of the work. Overall, a pathetic service.

Doctors and specialists are good but management are too worse and too poor... specially for tei-up companies patient. Ex. In case of emergency, the company patient does not even get Bed. So company patients ..keep careful When you have been referred to this hospital....

Dr Subir is one of the best doctors in central India. He is a good listener and has excellent diagnosis skills. He makes patients comfortable and ensures that patients are aware of the issues and the treatment. I have suffered a lot of pain before I met him. His experience and treatment has helped me to live a better life. Even now whenever I have any issue with self, friends and family, he is the first doctor I run too. I suggest more and more people should come out and see the doctor instead of suffering in silence. I wish him and his staff all the very best and hope they continue with their good work. Dr.Subir taori is an epitome of knowledge in his field and handles the patient giving all comfort and ease to them. His patience and friendliness makes him over the top doctor. The idea of surgery itself creates panic in patients but he will make sure nothing is worry some. From the point of examination till my relative was operated and discharged i haven't faced any hiccup. Doctors are good specially Agarwal sir but nurses are like first timer they don't know anything at all.Very much dispointed with staff.

A big no..no!! Nursing staff are truly illogical on monitoring and patient reporting.Perhaps very nice on excuse like "Just shift change","I'll make arrangements-No see for long" . They will hardly pay attention to patient, Patient-attendee is must that too expert on medical proceedings.Spending time here a patient-attendee can be ,not average but a professional hospital staff/admistrator/Jr.doc. ICU/OT is just a refurbished version of private rooms with Nurses struggling on medical knowledge/experience. These were few major issues to note. Certainly tons of noticeable remarking on disgusting experience persists like Hospitality/Service/Hygienic/Staff behavior/Expensive/facilities. Raipur has many renowned hospital, for me this one was due compulsion and emergency by chance( seeking doc reference and onroad approach).

Very good diagnostics center if u r going for tests and all, doctors are also very good and experienced.

Worst experience in this hospital ,they don't care about u they only care about it money.
