Visit 1: Just arrived to the hospital and my initial experience is quite good. Visit 2: I have been asked to do this review as soon as I arrived to the hospital and visited the reception. The receptionist said please scan this code and share your review, this will make easy for them to give discount. I don’t know how that is related though anyhow I have done that with one liner. Also, they entered incorrect spelling of my name in their computer system even though they have asked me to fill a physical form which contain correct spelling. However, the other receptionist who attended me was amazing and helped me at each step that too without waiting in queue.

I have delivered my baby boy in this hospital. My gynie was Dr. Chitra we are very thankful to her for guiding us so well for the entire journey. The hospital services in this covid pandemic are highly commendable. Proper santization and safety measures were taken. Thank you so much to all the staff of Apollo Hospital Noida.

I was admitted my father Mr somashankar under Dr.Aftab and Dr.Sathish. Father has a Covid positive.. At that time of joining father oxygen levels are very low and lungs also infected. Enquiry over the phone is not provided, so one has to book an appointment after giving all the details. The consultation charges for the OPD Nephrology was conveyed to me as RS.1500/-. I receive a SMS providing me with the OTP. Accordingly I rush to the hospital. The road leading to the hospital is full of potholes. But slowly and surely I reach safely in only to find a grand melee of cars, a guard signs way to the parking lot, where the hint of loot begins. I'm charged RS.20/-. I get the ticket and trek down to the entrance and stop at the ’May-I-help?' kiosk to find where the OPD was located. I'm summarily waved to the end of the building on my right and muster my way through only to find a flea-market sort of situation with cluster of people bustling merrily around. I see. Cardiology OPD, and a guard positioned next to the immigration cage! Poor guy is all at sea when he heard about Nephrology OPD! He directed to walk down the aisle, there it was Department of Nephrology! No patients were seen except for few empty steel chairs. I peeked inside there was a lady who emerged out of the office after long and asked me why I was waiting there for. Then grotesquely asked me to get away from there saying this is not OPD. Now it was past my appointment time. There was no sign of OPD! As I meandered towards the immigration cage, I find the guard busy helping people with the forms. I asked the lady inside the immigration cage and she points to a workout barcode for scanning to get the appointment registered. However scan I couldn't because the net was down as the signal was not working! I ask around and yet find no answer to my query! It's now half an hour past my appointment time and I'm clueless! I find few cosy seats in the Cardiology OPD and settle down. After some time I hear someone mention the name of the doctor I had an appointment with and follow him. An impish girl for a clerk rudely questions about details as if I had come there to buy tickets for a jokly entertainment show! Ask me to provide my mobile number and the OTP but refuses to accept the OTP from my phone appointment. As the signal was not available I had to go outside to get the mobile working and get the OTP. Then the second part of the loot begins. I'm charged RS. 2300/- instead of the one conveyed over the phone! I payup and wait for the doctor. As my turn comes I'm hurried to get the past files, cursory look and smart questions later I'm not provided any information as to the cost of the surgery which though and minor one would need one day hospitalization, besides other blood tests, which although I had latest one would be conducted apart from the mandatory COVID test which would cost Rs.2500/-. My whole an hour and a half's effort was easily brushed in under 5 minutes with properly answering my questions! I was left where I had started before visiting the hospital and blowing away my two hours of effort, RS.2320/- and the rude behavior as a bonus!

We Went there for Medical Examination for Visa of Canada with Family for Aisha Roy from Surat. The management of the Administration is Very Poor. And The Person who took blood for test look like New and Can't handle Syringe well. Made pain and Swelling on Arm. I Hope We can find Better option . And This Hospital need to Focus on That and Improve It's In Public service.

Second floor, day care, doctors, staff, I'm very impressive to see their (behaviour)environment.because there have lot of advanced technology and machine, which is gives a batter results in a critical situations. And there have a very senior high educated doctors, who's give to every person careful treatment with high efficiency. Really it's very best health care centre which is provide high reliability to our patients. i was see, that is very good,lot of expensive features, Best hospital for handling more complex conditions.

We came at 10 am and we are leaving now at 5.55 on 6.11.20. My mother is absolutely fine and happy about the daycare stay and the surgery went on really superb. She is excellent now. Although she might find little discomfort in walking it will be healed very soon I suppose. The Nurses and the attendant were very kind and supportive. Thanking everyone.

I visited Apollo Berhampur for health checkup for my mother. Its a shame that they don’t accept card, they have not put any notification whatsoever about that. They asked me to get cash, when I withdrew cash right from the atm next door, they arrogantly refused to take a valid dispensed 2000 rupees note explaining its nt in mint condition. When i asked to give me that in writing, admin person started dodging the question, until I persisted, and then finally accepting the note. Upon asking the reason for not taking card, admin staff started saying cancel the bill and let the patient go in mid way. This is what the state of a renowned clinic in Berhampur and the attitude of employees working in it. If they are behaving so rudely towards the people who understands the system how it works, think about the people who are not aware or educated enough? Avoid going to this hospital!!

My husband has been admitted for cyst excision for a period of 3 days. Overall hospitality has improved a lot compared to my previous experience. Nurse was so patient and helping us everytime we need support. Billing team has to improve their overall TAT and provide quick response, thus reducing one star.

Today my grandfather arrived to Chennai airport and was taking rest in waiting hall suddenly he face breathing problem, I observed there was an applo hospital in Chennai airport I rushed and took him there till time he passed away. I have requested to provide ambulance to take chrompet general hospital they said we don't have ambulance they denied my request these how they are behaving. They didn't provide death certificate nor clearance to take out. My one and only request is don't consult applo hospital for an treatment. Applo hospital is One of the worst hospital in Chennai. They play with our life's.

This hospital has been empanelled with CGHS facility and my wife was having regular consultion with gynecologist doctor. But before 1.5 months ago when she was going for the delivery in DRDO hospital, they refused and asked that normal charges will be charged. As they are alowing some CGHS personnels to treat but some not with a bloody response that this facility is not for your firm. But when I asked them that "could you please give a written statement?" They refused. Never thought that Apollo will do like this. Going to file a case very soon

Doctor never talk and never listens what exactly the patient is saying about their condition. Doctor patient relationship is worst in this hospital. This feeling I got today with MD Dr Raghu(General physician)

Please avoid these kind of worthless & shameless hospitals.. My family met with an accident and we went for treatment, as a procedure for one of the patients we needed scan so went for it, the patient was having a gold chain in the neck which has to be given at the time of taking inside which they told we would remove and give once we come out and it disappears when he comes out. They claim that they didn't take it. Was having a good thought about Apollo initially now it's all gone. Robbers and cheaters. Minting money from poor and from people who came for assistance will not take you anywhere. They security is also co-operating with them.

Even if you book 10:00 am online and come for consulting, availability of doctor is not sure.

Worst experience with Apollo hospitals Jubilee Hills Branch . Took prior appointment through ask apollo for a cardiologist, they confirmed my appointment with a cardiologist , but there is no doctor when I went to hospital on time.And I waited for 2 and half hours and came back without consultation. Charged amount for registration. No responsible person to allot for another doctor if that doctor is not available. I asked for another doctor for consultation, they said no cardiologist is available now. Worst experience with such a big corporate hospital. Continental and Global Hospitals are far better than this hospital in terms of patient service and response.

For any patient, the oncology ward is a tough place to be in, and the team understands this very well. I was referred to Apollo hospital Bannerghatta Rd for post operative chemo and radiation therapy. Initially I was a bit apprehensive about cancer treatments. But I am very happy with the treatment and timely guidance of Dr.CN Patil. (Oncologist) for chemotherapy and Dr. Vinay Ural (Radiation Oncologist) for radiation. They are very helpful, cordial, supportive and accessible. The staff of chemo and radiation ward are excellent too. I never felt like a patient because of friendly nature of all of them. I feel more confident and healthy now.

Dr. Raghu, Ophthalmologist at Apollo Hospitals, Sheshadripuram, Bangalore is our eye surgeon who performed surgery for my mother. Worst experience ever. I had admitted my father in Apollo Hospital, Sheshadripuram, for total knee replacement on 27/11/20. The marketing manager had misguided me completely. He dint explain the protocols of the Hospital and had also misguided me with regard to insurance related claim. Within 3hours I asked the hospital authorities to discharge my dad. My dad was admitted at 9am since then was not provided with breakfast even after repeated requests. Later they charged 23,000 /- (approx) just for 5 hours. Note: please don't get carried away by the sweet talks of the marketing team...they are just their to mint money instead of giving adequate service to the patient.

Our previous experience with the hospital in march this year was so good that choice of this hospital was natural. My admission, quick treatment under Dr.Majunath, Dr Abhijit Kulkarni was totally hassle free. They were readily amenable to answering questions, clarifying with family members. I went home the next day .the nursing staff were good too. Tragedy struck again and I had contacted the covid 19 and tested positive. Through out Dr. Manjunath was guiding us and I didn't panic. However the fever didn't subside and I alone reached the hospital late on November 1st. Very scared and alone. The moment I stepped into the emergency I had the whole process handled diligently by the duty doctor. I was treated kindly. Never felt the stigma of covid .today thanks to the shrouded ministering hands of the nursing staff, kind housekeeping, I am returning home. Dr Akshaya is the Kali mata in her tight against covid. Small in stature and strong in demeanour .I salute Apollo for their dedication . Strongly recommend the hospital to all

Admit for implant removal under doctor Dr. Raviraj A put it was not successful and doctor advised that it can't be removed anywhere in the world and again got treated by Dr. Sudhir Kumar @ Shree Jagannath Hospital @Ranchi and it's successfully removed. Apart of unsuccessful treatment @Apollo they had made a bill of 71277.

Surprised by the very economical charges charged by the hospital even in the emergency room. ER services are usually priced very high by most hospitals. Appollo hospitals with all advanced facilities still charges 1100rs for ER visit, which is a very nominal amount. All the best.

After having appointment, we reached Trichy Apollo. and to see doctor. But They told us to update their database for that they have asked us to go to another building. Poor managing skill. We received call from them again. confirmed us we can update the record after meeting doctor. It is better.

Treatment given to me was very good. But for claims, you will experience the worst ever from the Medical Records department. Irresponsive blunder at all... For a query they have taken 15 days to give documents, but still not complete.

Recently admitted my relative. Drs are very kind and good, but the administration is worst, the billing department is very poor, room allocation, zero value in their words. They started the billing process around 11.00 am and it went until 10.00 pm. I am giving 2 ⭐ only for doctor.

If you are looking for quality health care ,I will recommend Apollo hospital and if you're looking for quality then you have to compromise with the money as quality is directly proportional to money (in many cases). Service is very transparent and if you are going through any treatment, they will brief you on every steps. Doctors and nurses are very polite and helpful.

Apollo is one of the best hospital in delhi 👌👍it’s expensive but it is good.Doctor,nurses,housekeeping and whole staff are very good and well behaved but staff from billing section are very bad.They don’t know how to talk with people😡😡I noticed several times that they are very rudeness 😡if Apollo wants to maintain good image infront of international patients then they have to take some actions.After discharge every time we have to check our bills very carefully and if we don’t then there’s lots of mess 😥😥totally disappointed with billing section 😡😡😡four stars for whole staff and no star for billing staff 😡😡

Good infrastructure and online portal is great for keeping medical records. The tests are done here would be credible. The PET-CT radiologist is vert nice and would explain you the results. The doctors on the other hand in Neurology and Psychiatry are bad except some good ones in general. The doctors would show no humanity and interest in treating the condition properly. I would only use this hospital to get blood work and scans and would stay away from the consultants.

Dr Malik is too good and cured my mother like magic. Have never come across such a brilliant doctor and a very nice human being. Best part is with minimal medicines and absolutely no tests he cured my mother, who was in very serious condition due to heavy bleeding from nose and mouth. Because of such brilliant doctors and medical staff, above all nice human beings we are able to survive during Covid. Thank you is a very small word for him, and the hospital staff, working relentlessly. Really grateful for your treatment and support.

Dr Noor Ul Din Malik is a very cooperative ENT specialist in Apollo hospital. He has taken care of my child with a parenting nature. It was a satisfactory and time worthy.

The hospital is charging 4500 for covid test, despite the cap at 2400. This is really not acceptable. Despite the government order they are charging high amounts. Better have a good health insurance before coming to this hospital.

My mother was diagnosed with multiple stones in the gall bladder, she had no previous symptoms but all of sudden it worsened with tremendous pain, it was badly infected and could have burst at any point of time in the stomach. Dr Nitish Sir recommended for immediate surgery post all her tests and detailed investigation. WORST hospital....went for a health check up. Some of the wonderful experiences listed below - 1. Took over 1 hour for registration itself. Pathetic staff and registration desk 2. Huge wait time for each test (more than 1 hour) 3. Preferential treatment given for influential people. Some Apollo staff members involved. I had to abandon my test and decided to go to another diagnostic center. Waster a huge amount of money in this pathetic place To Summarize if you wish to be looted and robbed please visit this place......LOOOOTERS

One of the best corporate hospital in hyderabad city. All specialist doctors are available here for every age group patients. All kind of medical tests and surgeries were conducted here. The hospital staff is very caring and service is good. It as sufficient parking space. All kind of laboratories are available here. The hospital is very expensive because of its brand name. But maximum disease is cured here. It as pharmacy facility . It also as canteen facility.

A proper structure for a bus stop exists only on one side. The other side shelter is left to the mercy of God. The autos keep mobbing you continuosly to avail their service whether u like it or not.

I've had a good experience. Doctors and staff were polite, generous and helpful. Dr. Sushil Kumar Jain, who took the case in his hand, he very well explained and thoroughly look after during the course of the stay and even after regular check ups were made about the health.
