Such a big bank. But I always seen only one counter who attended all the people. Very worst system in this bank. For cash deposit For passbook printing For cash withdrawal For check cash only one counter is there that's why people standing in the queue till the gate.. If they have big bank than why they don't making atleast two counters . I always seen the work is just for 30 sec but couse of this bank system it takes approximately 45 min. I am just giving one star for this bank.

State Bank of Travancore has now become SBI. Officers and staff are very cordial, friendly and helpful. The ambience is good. Parking is difficult in front of the branch. I am their client since 1996, when they were operating from Beema Nagar?? Alwarpet. Hats off to this branch staff. Please change Branch Manager Mr. Deepak Shinde. He gives false information to the customers. While opening saving account he told me that it is compulsory to take accident insurance policy. I asked him 3-4 times still got same answer that is it compulsory. I checked online and got to know that it is not compulsory so I asked him why is he lying. I got a reply that "Madam we have target to complete". This is such a pathetic unprofessional reply I got from him. How could he tell lie to customers just to complete his target? Later I asked him when my account will get activated. I got reply- It will take time and he has other things to do. I spent 1 and half hour there just to open saving account and still my account is not opened.

The worst staff's and this branch manager is one of the waste fellow with ton of attitude. Thank god he is a manager I thought he is owner of the branch, so much of attitude. in my 40 years of experience never seen useless staff.today I visited the bank to get a DD for my daughter's fee for ignou.first they refused to prepare the DD by making excuse printer not work ing. finally with intervention of DM mr ansari instructing the staff to prepare the DD.lapse of more than 1 hours they refused to give the DD.till evening even they had not revert my money to account.now I am trying to contact branch last half an hour one of the female employee pick up the phone not attending the sameekaran.I tried more than 10 time..my request to HPM to shut the such branches and shift the staff to international border security on posting .

I wish I could give 0 stars. Today, the person sitting there was behaving as if he is doing us a very big favor by serving us. Though the bank was closed (which wasn't obvious since the door was open), he was sitting there, meaning he at least should have the courtesy to tell the customer that the bank is closed.
