One can serve the nation or people by becoming a member or volunteer of IRCS. Blood donation, educatiin and training, social energency etc are the actuvities which IRCS regularly performs.

What would ye do if ye have been bitten by a bat? Ye will need vaccine immediately and these people have specific time for that, and if ye are not on the right time ye can go rabid and no one will care. This is India where anything can happen. The experience I had was horrible I hope this will change because ye do not ignore a bite of a bat.

The office of home nursing service of this agency locates in the General Hospital, Aluva. We need to think twice before engaging any one from this agency. Though the name appears to be trustable, in fact the agency is not at all trustable. Before confirming the booking we had been intimated that the salary paid in advance (for 30 days) will be refunded according to how many days service we did not receive. In our case we received 26 days service as such we had to get a refund of Rs 2000 for 4 days. But, forcefully they retained Rs. 1000 and released only the balance Rs 1000/-. When we questioned this their reply was like this " if you have any complaint go to the chairman of the red cross". Then we requested for the account statement, but they were reluctant to issue the same. We spoke to the chairman and we were intimated that he would do the needful to the issuance of the account statement and also assured that he would see the case and refund the balance amount Rs. 1000 also. Though we waited at the red cross office for several hours the office did not issue the accouterment. Finally we left the office expecting that the chairman would contact us later to settle the refund issue. However he has not done anything so far and now he is not attending phone calls from us. And he is not replying to our SMSs also. And regarding the service we received we can say that the service was very much below average and the home nurse was reluctant to prepare feed for the patient during initial days and very much irresponsibly by spending time most of the time with mobile phones. So, if possible try to think of other options than this agency. This is our experience, we share here to save prospective customers from being cheated by this agency. Regards, Pradeep.
