I think this was worst service ever... Its been 48 hours i have blood samples and still there is no sign of reports and i have raised the complaint five times in a day... Every time I reach customer care, they just say sorry, other than that there is no progress and convince me saying that your reports will be emailed in hour an hour. I waited for so many half an hours.. At the end again when I reached customer care service they have been saying that my urine test is not done yet and that is the reason for the delay... And to my knowledge urine test will take not much time unless its a culture report... And the viability of urine sample is only upto 12 hours.. And i don't know what are they going to even send the urine analysis report of my destroyed urine sample. Hopeless service. I would never ever recommend this lab for others.

Worst Service. Scheduled a booking but on calling at ameerpet, the person informs it is a festival, so no one can come. Nothing mentioned on website even if it is closed. On asking for the next appointment, he says in next 3 days. Hats off to the pathetic service.

Person who picked didn't informed about ₹100 home collection charges. This was informed to me after the blood was taken out. It took 3 days to get the report after n number of calls and complaint to the customer service. Sample was collected twice. After a certain period, person started not picking my calls.

I think Dr Lal path has to revisit on what they want customers to think about it. Test was scheduled at 8:30 in morning as it requires fasting..the centre staff it self came around 9.30 and person who takes samples came bit more late .. there is no provision for the Bills ..when asked ..it will come from Kanpur ....is it justifajust??? You have big name ..pls put effort to maintain it..

I gave my blood sample on 23/7/20 to get my tac levels and vitamin b12 checked at Lal path lab(Jaihind kothi,infront of Dr.SK Agarwal nursing home,McNair road Prem nagar-Bareilly-243005 UP) Referring doctor -Dr .Dinesh Khullar Max hospital Saket,New Delhi) The lab technician is not customer friendly .I won't take the name but pls be aware when giving sample at this lab because one should have basic knowledge of levels. I gave blood sample for B12 and Tacrolimus level I RCVD my report for B12 the same day i.e 23-7-20 and the range was VITAMIN B12; CYANOCOBALAMIN, SERUM * (CLIA) 1388.00 pg/mL 211.00 - 911.00 I have directly pasted from my report here.. My b12 has always been so low..infact I'm taking no mdcn for it from long just improving on my diet and taking B12 rich foods After multiple requests and insisting that technician he agreed and see my revised report has the new level that is 845 which was 1388 earlier. One can not trust these labs blindly. Same with the Tacrolimus Report RCVD on 24-7-20 and it shows TACROLIMUS (FK-506), WHOLE BLOOD @ (LC-MS / MS) 14.00 The normal range is 3-5 I'm kidney patient and every two months I get my check-up done .my levels until now has always been normal like 4.5-5 But there report shows 14..and again I requested that person..he gave me customer care number and to do it all myself.i told him that I'm very sure that my report is wrong..again the same..I insisted him to check..now he said ok I will do it and give you the revised report.. So the issue is not customer friendly staff plus not reliable reports.pls take care and be aware when you give sample on this lab..they just make joke of patients..

The home collection technician booked through the official website did not reach. On calling the center and telling the entire situation we asked if we could go and provide the sample for the same booking and this center's representative said yes. Once we reached we were told that we would have to make a new booking and pay the amount again. The representative was unapologetic to disinforming us and making us visit when this could have been communicated on the call itself.

They are scammers and take advantage of people who are stuck in pandemic. My father’s test was conducted poorly and results dint come right. To take the sample again the technician came again. He refused to wear a PPE kit and when to asked to wear it - he said additional charges will be applicable. He took money for the test again even though they had to compensate us for the poorly conducted test earlier. The technician Mohan and owner Siddharth were not at all cooperative. Will not recommend this center.

Pathetic services. Their only aim is to mint money from those who are already suffering. I wanted to get a COVID19 test. They claim to have home collection service. For that they demand us to pay Rs.2400. Now I book a test and expect a call as per their stated message that I will get a call within 4 hours. That never happened. I call the customer care after good waiting of 10 hours. Now I am informed that I will have to wait till 9th Nov 2020 today being 7th Nov 2020. Now if I grace my presence in their brick and mortar lab which is around 6kms from my location, then also, I will have to pay Rs.2400. Is their any justification! Disgrace be upon them. Pathetic humans who are running business out of human blood.

Pathetic service. Actually no service at all. It's the worst experience. They promise to give the report by evening on the same day of sample collection. But no, that's unrealistic in this lab. Even on repeatedly calling them, they have no answer. And to avoid answering, they don't even attend the call. They just take money and then not even perform all the tests that was asked. You have to keep calling and following asking for report. If you have a doctor's appointment depending on this, you would surely miss. Very bad service. Not reliable at all. I would not recommend anyone to go to this center.

Utterly pathetic service. Went there for a blood test in the morning. There was only one person for both administration and taking blood sample. Do not know how they took blood, after taking it, it started bleeding and dripping all over. Very care less attitude. The blood test reports were confirmed to be provided within same day evening, however only after repeated calls to helpline they uploaded partial results late night. Had to postpone Dr appointment to next day. No proper communication again on next day for when shall the reports be available. Repeated calling to helpline people who know only Hindi and can't talk in English was very irritating as they didn't answer properly. They said will receive a call back from the centre but haven't received any call. Just waiting for the report! Please visit some other centre and do not waste your time.

Unprofessional. Report is delayed , even after 4-5 working days they are not able to issue report though they promised to give it in 3 working days. Customer care executive have no idea why this is delayed and disconnected the phone. I am still struggling for the report with no answer. Horrible experience.

Please don’t go for any Ultrasound at this Center. I did an ultrasound here and the report was completely wrong here. I validated the scan from 2 different Centres. Cyst was to be diagnosed and the size of the cyst Was reported as double the size of the original size. Really bad !

They are quite unprofessional while handling the appointments & sending reports. Even after mail confirmation, I had to wait for 30 mins at their place because of their internal confusions about my appointment. Report was also delayed. They said they sent it to wrong id during a follow-up call.

Very Good Blood Test Lab in Babarpur Durgapuri area. It has blood test facilities at Ground level and at 1st floor. Ultrasound and ECG, X_Ray facilities are also available at first floor. Staff are good. The lab is very easy to notice in any type of traffic. It is fully Airconditioned lab having with all type of required amenities like drinking water and toilets. Entrance not fit for differently abled persons.

Horrible experience with lal pathlabs. My mother-in-law and father-in-law were suffering from dengue and as suggested by dr we had to keep platelate count everyday. Hence we booked for a home collection from Dr LAL PATHLABS. They collected the blood around 9:30 am. As per their SLA the report should be available within 8pm... FYI, platelate count test takes only 15 mins for results.. but to my surprise they denied to give the report on same day around 8pm... They just didn't consider the fact that how important it is for a dengue patient to keep platelate count everyday... So at the end i had to run at the hospital around 9 pm to perform the test again... I spoke to their customer care also... They just gave lame reasons for the delay.. Overall i would never recommend lal path labs... And if you have emergency never trust them...

non co-operative staff, i have tested from lal pathology lab krishna nagar as i ahve already know about there behaviour and testing reports however, due to the distance and some time shorting issue i went this branch (as it is very near from my house) to collect report the rceptionaist declined to print report as they never print other branches report, and after that when i call to customer care they said then have to provide you print, but the receptionaist also declined to talk to customer care and in the end i need to went krishna nagar to collect the report. 1. rates high as compare to krishna nagar 2. its a Franchisee not the authorised center, as krishna nagar's center is the authorised one.
