The location of the bank is good..but parking becomes a problem as you would have to park your car at a distance..and if you carry a lot of cash out in your hand then you need to be very careful as the bikes and cars are not even an inch away from you... customer service is amazing... elderly people need to be careful with their money and belongings as well as young men and women.

Worst customer support, noware they are customer centric. My debit card was damaged, so applied for new one, now it is almost 20 days I didn't received it. But I received a message from third party "Blue dart" stating your card has been delivered. I visited today to my axis branch and escalated. I was completely shocked with there response, one of the employee replied me stating it is not there responsibility to check each and every customers issues, so they want me to complaint any ware I want. Axis bank asked me to follow up with that third party "blue dart". I said, no there is no response from them when I call, so I request you people to follow. Here I got a wonderful answer from Axis employee "I'm not working here for customer support but for there own problems back in home". Pathetic customer support. I went to the bank with a query regarding my salary account for which they gave a contact number of a guy from salary team and asked to talk to him. On contacting him, he said he will call me back after discussing with his RO. He never called me and it's more frustrating that does not respond afterwards.

DD conversion time is more than nationalised banks. DD request placed by 1420 & Received by 1550. Took half a day leave and purpose defeated. Poor response , discipline as officers entertains everyone who intervene your/ their activity. You have to run between tables to complete your task. Precautions If you use internet banking, go to service request, select DD, choose bank where you want to collect your DD, enter OTP, visit bank to collect in shortest possible time. Recently, I went to Axis Bank, Peelamedu branch to make a transaction. In the front office cabin, a courteous staff who was sitting in help desk invited to me with smiling face and inquired about my requirement. Even I am not a customer of that branch ( I am having account in different town), the staff helped me in applying through online and helped to complete my transaction within short period of time. Initially I struggled to remember my password she helped me to set a new password. She never annoyed on me. Really I am impressed by the staff's courteous service. ignorant about clients and most of the appointed here seem to have no idea about basic banking services. i had registered my account in 2016 and had been abroad for a year, so they had frozen my account for not making any transactions for over a year, which is understandable. then when i visit this branch they tell me they have no idea how to unblock the account, they do the same with me for over three years now, the 10k cash i have deposited there still in it ideally with no use for anyone. i request the manager of this branch to recruit someone who is knowledgeable enough to know atleast how to request for unblocking and successfully registering new mobile number to savings account.

I had a great experience at this branch and in particular with Vudatha Alekya. She was at the front desk when I walked in for an EZ credit card. She helped me setup a Fixed Deposit and apply for a credit card on the spot. Her communication was excellent, she took care to make sure I was comfortable and explained and double checked everything. I was initially a bit skeptical of opening a credit card with Axis Bank since they are not my primary bank account but after the experience I've had will definitely be considering switching my other accounts to them.

I had a locker and savings account but found the lousy service, no customer focus and very poor service. Stay away from banking with this branch. In 2018 July, the branch lost the surrendered key and closed the locker after breaking today I. E. 20 Aug 2020.that bad is their service. It took 2 years for the bank mager and staff to react. The open they gave is to bear the cost as the staff member is poor and not will to bear just no customer centric. I have visited 4 time to the bank just to close the lock that too 2 twice in carona time.. The bank manager says he doesn't having Permissions or don't know how to do it revert back the locker charged debited to my account and give another option to forget the reversal of transaction the staff lags training and needs operational training to carry their activity. Ultimately the bank manager decided to penalised the customer for the key misplaced by his staff and it took 2 long years to close the issue. I suggest stay away from this branch.. I was visiting this bank for despite my money today, there was one 500 note which was damaged on the corner. I just entered to bank and fill challen to deposit through cash counter. There was Cashier lady Miss. Anu Priyadharshini refused to take note and said you can exchange this damage note only on exchange period. I asked when, she gave me an inappropriate answer which is " They'll Announce" again I asked her that tell me approximate time or anything then she didn't tell anything then again I asked when was last exchange time happened?! My account had KYC issue (I don't know why the bank has put this though as I have done this few months bank in one of the Axis bank branches - that's still okay, I understand bank has certain norms). I went to the bank for getting my KYC done. One of the employee there asked me to come after three days and he added that it'll take 10-15 days for validation. He said in a careless & rude manner that "I have to check if you are not the fake person and approve your KYC. Then they'll take 10-15 days to approve. You can use your money only then". I told him that I need my money for some important stuff, he said "I can't help it. KYC problem is high risk". Later that day, one of my friend suggested to re-upload the KYC online. Hi, Today(30/04/2020)I visited the bank to give a wrong transaction reversal request. The lady in the counter no 2 is just trying to avoid conservation. She said that the money cannot be reversed currently as according to her the customer service team is working with minimal staff. I asked her the Axis Bank customer service mail id but she said me to look in the query section of the website. I opened the query sections and showed her that the Axis Bank email id was not available. After that she asked another staff and asked me to visit my home branch. Im from Chennai and my home branch is at Bangalore. How am I supposed to visit my home branch during heavy lockdown situation. My home branch in Bangalore also is not responding to me in call. Mostly the staffs in this bank are trying the ways to avoid helping customers. As the customer service through mobile is not functional currently I'm facing lot of difficulty. A severe action against these irresponsible officers in the Nolambur branch is necessary to enjoy a good customer service in future.
